Operating principle
The comminution chamber is composed of shell, door, spindle, turbine assembly, screen assembly, feed hopper and discharge tube, etc. It mainly uses eddy current on the back of turbine blade to finish crushing the material. When working, the motor drives the spindle and the turbine to rotate at high speed. Because the turbine keeps a very small gap with the teeth on the screen ring, the material entering the machine is ground again in the gap of the rotating airflow. In the process, the turbine absorbs a large amount of air. It has the function of cooling machine, abrasive and conveying fine powder. What is different is that a certain number of moving needles and static needles are added to the turbine and the door respectively to reach the material entering the comminuted area. The purpose of material pre-crushing. At the same time, the plane gear ring is added to the door, which is consistent with the outer side of the blade face, so that the coarse particles which are not fully comminuted can not run out of the comminuted cavity. The fineness of the material depends on the properties of the material and the aperture of the screen and the throughput of the material and air.
